Stress or burnout from work, relationships, or life pressures

Low mood or depression that feels hard to shake

Testimonials

Therapy You Can Trust

"This has been a wonderful platform for my son to use to access counselling. His counsellor is great, he has built up rapport and my son trusts him and confides his issues in him. He is on the path to recovery and learning to voice his issues."

"Sarah Parry was brilliant with our 11 year old boy. After only a few sessions she created a wonderful rapport and trusting relationship that meant he was able to have an open and authentic discussion about what was troubling him and managed to acquire tools that have really helped him. He is now independent in handling the troubles and we will watch and seek Sarah’s support again if necessary. A wonderful experience and highly, highly recommended!"

"Annabelle has done so much good for my daughter. She was struggling with anxiety at school and would simply freeze in stressful situations.  Through talking her through relaxation techniques and helping her to understand her emotions, Annabelle has boosted her confidence and manage anxiety.

Investing in therapy for our daughter was the best decision we could have made for her."

FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

What is online therapy and how does it work?

Online therapy (sometimes called online counselling) is a way of accessing professional mental health support from home. Sessions take place via secure video call, phone, or live chat, making it easy to fit counselling into your life without travelling.

Is online counselling as effective as face to face?

Yes. Many studies show that online counselling in the UK is just as effective as in-person therapy for issues like anxiety, depression, stress, and relationship difficulties. For some people, being in a familiar environment even makes it easier to open up.

What problems does therapy help with?

Online therapy can support you with a wide range of challenges, including:

- Anxiety and panic attacks

- Depression and low mood

- Stress and burnout

- Relationship or family difficulties

- Trauma and PTSD

- Grief and bereavement

- Low self-esteem or confidence issues

How do I know if online counselling is right for me?

If you have a safe, private space and a stable internet connection, online counselling may be a good fit. Many people in the UK choose online therapy because it is flexible, accessible, and allows them to receive confidential support from home.

Is therapy confidential and secure?

Yes. All of our online counselling services are confidential and follow professional ethical standards. We use secure platforms to ensure that your personal information and conversations are fully protected.

How long are the sessions?

Sessions are between 45 and 50 minutes for an individual therapy session. Couples therapy sessions are 60 minutes. For further information on ADHD assessment length please refer to our services section.

How much does therapy cost?

Individual therapy sessions are £65 per session. Couples therapy sessions are £100 per session. Payment is usually made via bank transfer or secure online payment in at least 24 hours in advance. Our therapy sessions are priced to remain affordable while reflecting the quality of care you receive.

What's your cancellation policy?

We ask for 24-hour notice for any rescheduling. Missed or late-cancelled sessions will still be charged.
