Specialist team: Experienced in working with children and teenagers across a wide range of issues.
Tailored sessions: We adapt therapy to each child’s age, personality, and individual needs.
Family involvement: We support parents and carers in understanding their child’s needs and how to help at home.
Our therapists support young people with many different challenges, including:
Anxiety, stress, and panic
Low mood, depression, and self-esteem issues
Family and school difficulties
Friendship and social challenges
Bereavement and loss
Neurodiverse needs such as ADHD and autism
Behavioural difficulties and emotional regulation
We use a range of age-appropriate, evidence-based approaches such as person-centred therapy, CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), play therapy, and creative methods. These help children and young people feel comfortable and engaged, while providing practical tools they can use in everyday life.
Our therapists take time to build trust, ensuring each young person feels safe, respected, and understood. Therapy progresses at their pace, creating space for growth and positive change.
We provide therapy sessions online through a secure platform, making it easy for young people to access support from home. Online sessions can be particularly helpful for those who find it difficult to attend in-person appointments or who prefer the comfort of familiar surroundings. Sessions can also be completed at school.
Initial consultation: A chance for parents, carers, young people and children to share concerns and for the therapist to learn about the young person/child’s needs.
Therapy sessions: Regular, tailored sessions designed to meet the young person where they are.
Ongoing support: Guidance for parents and carers, plus strategies to help the young person at home and in school.
